Jonathan Leverett

Certified Teacher

Jonathan trained and is a Certified Teacher with the British Academy of Stage and Screen Combat. Also a member of the Society of American Fight Directors, he teaches regularly at drama schools & workshops in the UK and abroad, and now divides his time between performing, fight choreography and teaching.

Recent work has included fight choreography for Don Giovanni at the Royal Opera Schools’ Britten Theatre, Belle at the Gate Theatre, London, Bassett House and Macbeth at the Charles Cryer Theatre, a display sword fight for the London premiere of The Mask of Zorro and the swordfighting trailer for TV’s The Parliamentary Channel.

He teaches at The Actor Works and Carshalton College in London and is currently serving as President of the BASSC.
